our weekend

This is the cake I made for my Nece Hailey and her mom who had bday early May! pretty happy about this one. Not orginally what i wanted to do but was in a hurry and did this! still pretty nice and simple. i love to make and decorate cakes its just alot of work!



Boots the cat loves to come out side now that the big dogs arent here to eat her. However shorty loves to jump on her. Here I just called his name and he knows hes in trouble for messing with her for the millionth time.
What a tight squeeze to fit in a pool but they enjoyed their first day in the pool this year. I'll break out the 6x10 pool when it gets much warmer. too bad we have one more day of hot weather before the strms roll in again for the week.

Life doesnt get much better than this really. Just wait for that other little girl comes along. (slight chance of boy) that pool with be crowded but our hearts will be full of love and joy and happiness.

My little town has its own celebration each year called Black and white days~ because of all the cows around! we went to the days events for a little bit and Madalyn alsmost caught a bunny ( but i forgot my camera). Later that evening they do a parade and the girls love it! just take a look how laid back Kaybree is waiting for it to start!
